The STOP-CHECK-SHARE Rule
Here is a simple rule that brings all your skills together. Before you believe or share any information: STOP — pause before reacting. CHECK — look it up in a trusted place. SHARE — only pass on what you have checked.
An information hero does not just protect themselves — they help others too. When you see a friend about to share something that might not be true, you can say "Let's check that first!" That is a superpower!
