Here is a simple rule that brings all your skills together. Before you believe or share any information, remember: STOP — pause before reacting. CHECK — verify with a trusted source. SHARE — only pass on what you have checked.
An information hero does not just protect themselves — they help others too. When you see a friend about to share something false, you can gently say "Let's check that first!" That is a superpower that makes the whole community stronger.
